个人简介
张曼,重庆人,现任成人导航 讲师(助理教授)。2021年加入人民大学农发成人导航 ,受聘成人导航 “杰出学者计划”青年学者B岗。张曼老师一直从事食物、营养与健康经济学等交叉领域的研究,研究领域包括:1)食物消费与浪费行为;2)膳食营养与健康人力资本,3)儿童早期健康与后期发展, 4) 精准营养与功能食品的设计与应用。此外,张曼老师目前注重在社科研究中融入前沿数据及方法,例如基因组学数据和机器学习方法等。
目前已发表20余篇论文于国际期刊(SSCI/SCI)上,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表论文14篇(含ESI高被引论文1篇),发表刊物如Economics of Education Review, China Economic Review,Trends in Food Science & Technology, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等。
目前主持国家自然基金青年基金和成人导航 校级基金各1项,并作为参与人参与多项国家自然基金面上项目,部委及企业横向课题的研究。同时担任多个期刊的匿名审稿人,如Economics of Education Review, China Economic Review, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Industrial Crops and Products 等。
